Tipalti seeks a motivated Site Reliability Engineer to join its energetic SRE team. This role includes at least four years of Software Engineering experience, focusing on .NET or TypeScript, alongside hands-on production responsibility. You will design tools and lead reliability practices to protect critical systems, ensuring continuous improvement in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive incident response and post-mortem processes
• Design and improve automation software for production services
• Lead SLO design and failure analysis practices




• Participate in the on-call rotation for system incidents
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through best practices

Requirements:
• 4+ years experience in Software Engineering
• Proficient in object-oriented programming languages
• Hands-on experience with production deployment
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
