Reporting to the firm's leadership team, the Accounting & Assurance Manager will play a key role in managing client engagements, reviewing assurance and accounting work, and collaborating closely with tax professionals and other internal stakeholders. This opportunity is ideal for a CPA-designated professional with a strong public accounting background who enjoys managing client relationships, mentoring staff, and contributing to the success of a growing practice.

Responsibilities: Manage and review accounting and assurance engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients
Review financial statements, working papers,



and related engagement documentation
Maintain and strengthen client relationships through exceptional service delivery
Collaborate with internal tax professionals and other service teams to support client needs
Manage engagement timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Provide coaching, mentorship, and technical guidance to junior team members where applicable
Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
Support business development initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the practice
Ensure engagements are completed in compliance with professional standards and firm policies
Qualifications: CPA designation is required
5+ years of public accounting experience
Strong accounting and assurance background with experience managing client engagements
Strong communication, leadership, and relationship management skills
