Drive impactful physician engagement with the Ontario Medical Association (OMA) in a senior lead role. Enhance relationships and provide administrative support to elected physician leaders in a hybrid work environment.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, this senior lead position focuses on strengthening connections between OMA and its physician leaders. You will coordinate initiatives and provide governance support while improving communication and addressing the needs of physicians. This role requires you to be cutting-edge in serving stakeholders and enhancing day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support physician leaders with organizational and governance tasks
• Liaise between members, stakeholders, and OMA staff




• Coordinate infrastructure for meetings and events
• Propose improvements to internal processes
• Monitor constituency budgets and expenditures

Requirements:
• College degree in health or business administration
• 3+ years relevant experience in healthcare relations
• Ability to work independently and autonomously
• Experience in initiative implementation and evaluation
• Not-for-profit sector experience is advantageous
