We're seeking a dedicated Head Swim Instructor who will teach swim lessons for kids and adults at varying skill levels. Collaborate with the Aquatics Manager to refine teaching techniques, mentor peers through constructive feedback, and cover classes as needed. Engage in staff meetings and training to ensure a high standard in instruction and methodology.

Key Responsibilities:
• Teach swim lessons for kids and adults of all levels
• Work with Aquatics Manager to enhance teaching methods
• Mentor and provide feedback to other instructors




• Assist with training new instructors on the curriculum
• Conduct water interviews for potential new hires

Requirements:
• National Lifeguard Certification required
• Standard First Aid with CPR/AED Level C certification
• Dependable and committed team player
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Bonus: Competitive swimming experience preferred
