The Account Officer role contributes to outstanding service for Aviso's Correspondent Partners. Reporting to the Director of Partner Services, you’ll support portfolio managers and financial partners by resolving operational inquiries. This position requires coordination with team members to follow up on account activities and ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow up on client account activities
• Work with IT to resolve operational issues
• Review transfer documentation for accuracy
• Notify partners regarding transfer requests
• Manage general inquiries regarding processing
Requirements:
• University/College degree required
• Minimum two years customer service experience
• Completion of Canadian Securities Course
• Robust organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in English; French is an asset
