With a commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our team and seeking a skilled and motivated Red Seal Truck and Transport Mechanic to support our growing operations.

Summary

ALLWELD is looking to expand its service offerings to ensure our customers keep their fleets on the road where it is making them money. In this role you will inspect, diagnose, and repair trucks and trailers in a safe manner to the highest standard. This position requires a skilled and experienced technician; one who is safety-conscious, production oriented, and self-motivated to perform diagnostic and repair work on a variety of trucks and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely perform accurate and complete equipment inspections, diagnostics, and repairs
- Assist on new chassis build outs
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work setting
- Communicate effectively with management during repairs and maintenance




- Deliver high-quality workmanship that meets or exceeds industry standards
- Complete daily bay inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety
- Work collaboratively with the team to complete tasks efficiently and on schedule

Qualifications and Skills:

- Truck and Transport Mechanic - Required
- BC CVIP certification - Required
- Valid B.C. driver’s license (minimum Class 5); Class 3 or 1 with Air Endorsement is an asset
- Welding experience considered an asset
- Physically capable of performing demanding, hands-on work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated commitment to personal and team safety
- Leadership abilities to assist in growing our team

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48.00-$55.00 per hour
