• Write project scope, proposals, and budgets
• Develop and manage material construction specifications
• Provide procurement support and prepare design packages

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years relevant engineering experience
• Registered or eligibility to register as an Engineer
