You will plan and lead programs that encompass physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual care. Your ability to develop personalized care plans and support residents in participating fully in activities will make a real difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and lead group and one-to-one activities
• Assess recreation and therapeutic needs of residents
• Assist residents in participating in programs




• Document care plans and MDS coding accurately
• Support continued therapy programs and enhance mobility

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Recreation, Kinesiology, or Gerontology
• Previous experience in Life Enrichment preferred
• First Aid and CPR certification up to date
• Computer proficiency in Care Planning software
• Vulnerable Sector Screening completed recently
