The Drive Ahead

Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance according to OEM standards

Accurately complete multi‑point inspections and recommend required services

Work closely with Service Advisors to ensure clear and effective communication with customers

Complete repair orders efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship

Conduct post‑repair test drives and quality control checks

Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment

Support the team through collaboration and mentorship

Performance Essentials





Red Seal Certified Automotive Technician (Journeyman)

Proven experience in diagnostics, electrical, and mechanical systems

High attention to detail and a commitment to doing the job right the first time

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy, team‑based shop environment

Proficiency with diagnostic equipment, repair software, and OEM toolsValid driver’s license with a clean abstract

Full‑time availability — typically Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week), with flexible scheduling to support work‑life balance
