THE ROLE
Are you passionate about collaboration and strengthening enterprise governance? As the Associate Director, Enterprise Governance & Business Management, you?ll play a pivotal leadership role in driving enterprise-wide governance, business management, policy development, and strategic decision-making. This is your opportunity to combine governance expertise, business acumen,
and change leadership to influence outcomes that support the organization’s long‑term success.
In this role, you will:
Lead an effective team that supports enterprise governance and policy frameworks , ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment across the organization
Oversee business initiatives and intake processes , supporting executive decision-making through governance, analysis, and prioritization
Champion organizational change and business transformation , leading process improvements, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies
Provide strategic advice and enterprise-level analysis , including business cases, risk assessments, executive briefings, and recommendations for senior leadership
Build collaborative relationships across divisions , advancing enterprise objectives through solid partnerships and cross‑functional leadership

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
Education, Certifications and Licenses
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline AND several years of progressive management experience a related field or relevant industry

Salary $ 129,270 to $ 161,590 YEAR annually
