In this full time position within the Nat Clms Inv Services, you will serve as a crucial contributor to various projects aimed at enhancing fraud detection and response systems. By collaborating with analytics, IT, Claims, and other departments, you will help navigate complex project dynamics, develop robust strategies, and ensure deliverables meet planned outcomes. Your ability to assess risks will support sustainable practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Function as an SME on fraud management strategy
• Lead project research and internal collaboration
• Propose actionable solutions to identified problems
• Facilitate communication among project stakeholders
• Coordinate project plans and monitor execution effectively
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Business or similar field
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in project roles
• CIP designation or equivalent preferred
• Technical expertise in project management and business processes
• Familiarity with commercial fraud detection practices
