The successful candidate will design and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons that differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners.What You’ll DoTeach 2 Grade 9 Math and 3 Grade 10 MathPrepare lesson plans, outlines and assessments using inquiry and problem-based learning that engages students, challenges them, and meets the subject-specific outcomes and expectationsHave the ability to differentiate lesson plans based on the needs of your studentsParticipate in co-curricular activities including coaching, clubs, trips and participating in the school community as a wholeMake contributions that productively support the overall well-being and growth of students in the Senior SchoolIntegrate technology in the classroom in ways that enhance the student learning experience and deepen knowledge and conceptual understandingCommunicate effectively with parents about all aspects of the overall program and the individual learning of each studentIntegrate diversity, equity, inclusiveness and belonging into the classroom learning environmentWho You AreMust have an Ontario College of Teachers (OCT)
