every day.What makes you a excellent fit?Answers all resident call bells and door alarms promptly and provides courteous serviceCompletes all aspects of resident care as outlined in the plan of care and care assignmentsTransports residents to and from their rooms, recreational activities, health office and dining room as requiredCompletes laundry and housekeeping duties as outlined by assignmentsDeals tactfully and courteously with residents, residents' families and reports any concerns / complaints to the team leaderPractices safe food handling techniques throughout all aspects of food preparation and servicePerforming other duties as assignedWhat you need to knowMinimum of six months of experience in a similar role.Basic or Standard First AidCertification in Personal Support Worker or Personal Care Worker, or a 16 hour course that covers the provision of personal careand that is recognized by the department.
