Fuze HR Solutions is recruiting for a Senior Accountant on behalf of an established industrial organization based in Burlington, Ontario.This role is suited for an experienced accounting professional who can manage core accounting functions, ensure financial accuracy, and contribute to ongoing process improvements within a collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform full-cycle accounting, including general ledger maintenance and reconciliationsPrepare financial statements and supporting documentationExecute month-end and year-end close processesPerform account and bank reconciliations and resolve discrepanciesAnalyze financial results, including variances in revenue and expensesEnsure compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal policiesSupport budgeting and forecasting activitiesMaintain accurate financial records and documentationCollaborate with internal teams to address financial inquiriesIdentify and recommend process improvementsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field4–7 years of relevant accounting experience within a manufacturing or industrial environmentExperience with full-cycle accounting and financial reportingStrong knowledge of general accounting principles (e.G.,
