In this role, you will be a vital member of our team, focusing on developing and optimizing CNC programs while working closely with operators and engineering staff. Your mission is to ensure efficiency, quality, and repeatability in machining processes. Your efforts will also help shape future CNC automation opportunities that enhance our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and optimize CNC programs for parts
• Develop toolpaths using CAM software
• Estimate machining cycle times and tooling needs
• Prove out new jobs with proper setup
• Provide technical guidance to CNC operators

Requirements:
• Journeyperson Machinist or CNC Programmer
• 3-5 years of CNC programming experience
• Proficient in MasterCAM or GibbsCAM
• Solid understanding of machining practices
• Experience with CNC automation considered an asset
