Candidates are also accountable to be a report writer and perform scheduling work at this post.
Applicants are also accountable for managing ongoing and ad-hoc reporting requests, including global legal, compliance, audit and regulatory reports working at this post.
Candidates are also required to proactively identify opportunities for automated self-service solutions that support talent decisions working at this post.
They’re also required to work with People Analytics teams and key stakeholders to gather data and reporting requirements and manage the development and delivery of reporting products working at this post.
They’re also accountable for developing and maintaining documentation for reports, dashboards, custom applications, and other data products and processes in the HR reporting domain working at this post.
Job requirement They must have completed a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent HR data analytics work experience to be eligible for this post.
They must have 3+ years of relevant Workday reporting experience including building and delivering complex calculated fields, advanced, matrix and composite reports to get preferred for this post.
Candidates must have prior Workday certification and must have familiarity with legal, compliance, and regulatory reports and global and local data collection processes to be eligible for this post.
They must have prior experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and supporting Workday data integrations to be eligible for this post.
Work settings They’re also required at this post to manage ongoing and ad hoc reporting requests, including global legal, compliance, audit and regulatory reporting working at this post.
