As a Counsellor/Therapist 2, you will work directly with both inpatient and outpatient clients. Contribute to a supportive and collaborative workplace that integrates traditional and clinical practices. Your role includes assessments, individual therapy, and leading psychoeducational groups while engaging with community resources.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform intake and mental health assessments
• Deliver individual and group psychotherapy using evidence-based practices
• Facilitate cultural supports and community outreach
• Maintain comprehensive client documentation and records
• Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Master's degree in psychotherapy, social work, or related field
• At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings
