Become a key part of the HR team in Auburn Hills, MI as a Human Resources Administrator. This role focuses on administrative HR functions, ensuring compliance and supporting onboarding processes.

In this position, you will coordinate key HR operations while actively working with the HR Manager and Generalist. Your responsibilities include responding to employee inquiries, managing onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with laws and training requirements. You will also handle HR reporting and support recruitment efforts through various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist HR team with new hire onboarding and orientation
• Respond promptly to employee questions and requests
• Create new hire announcements and maintain onboarding records




• Support recruitment by prescreening applicants and processing paperwork
• Participate in HR projects and recommend process improvements
