As a full-time, permanent employee, you will manage the organization’s regulatory function, focusing on compliance strategy and stakeholder relationships. Your strategic oversight will span Canadian and U.S. regulations, allowing you to influence critical business decisions that impact the product life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the organization’s compliance strategy and execution
• Collaborate with external agencies on regulatory issues
• Assess regulatory changes and their business impacts




• Drive product development compliance initiatives
• Enhance regulatory training across teams to ensure adherence

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Animal Science or similar
• 5 to 7+ years regulatory experience in related sectors
• Solid AAFCO and U.S. pet food regulatory knowledge
• Experience with external regulatory communications
• Solid cross-functional and leadership capabilities
