About the role: The Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) provides a professional service in laboratory analyses and interpretation all areas of Pathology.
The MLT is a technical resource to staff, physicians, internal and external customers.
What you bring: Graduate from a recognized Medical Laboratory Technology program and CSLMS certification as a General MLT
30 hours of continuing education credits every year as per CMLTO
Member in good standing with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario (CMLTO)
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem recognition and problem solving-skills
Effective time management skills; ability to organize work and set priorities
Cutting-edge and willing to learn
Commitment to provide excellent customer service
Ability to work effectively as a team member
Computer literacy
