Reporting to the Director of Labour Relations, you'll handle grievances, facilitate workshops, and support negotiations. Your problem-solving skills and skilled judgment will be essential as you tackle key labour relations initiatives and assist with arbitration processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert guidance and representation to union members
• Lead grievances and manage collective agreement interpretation
• Facilitate educational workshops for members and stewards




• Act as chief spokesperson during negotiations
• Prepare cases for arbitration and administrative tribunal hearings

Requirements:
• Graduate degree in Labour Relations or similar field
• Minimum five years of relevant Labour Relations experience
• Strong understanding of trade union principles and values
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working directly with trade unions preferred
