This role works cross-functionally with production and leadership teams to maintain high standards in quality, safety, and performance.What You’ll Be DoingCoordinate and participate in quality management system activitiesSupport site leadership in achieving customer requirements and quality objectivesTrack, analyze, and report quality metricsRespond to quality issues at all levels of the organizationPerform internal quality audits as requiredConduct quality-related activities including inspection, testing, gauge calibration, and material samplingReview incoming raw materials and support disposition decisionsMaintain document control systemsSupport validation of product specifications at the plant levelInvestigate customer feedback, returns, and quality eventsParticipate in Global Performance System (GPS)
