Building on core coordination responsibilities, this role supports the day-to-day workflow of the Academy Operations team, ensuring priorities are clear, timelines are met, and processes are executed accurately.Working closely with the Director, Academy Operations, this role serves as a central point of coordination for the team and supports consistency, efficiency, and quality control throughout the awards process. This role works in close partnership with the other Senior Coordinator to ensure alignment across priorities and a cohesive, team‑first approach to coordination and delivery.



This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and has a strong data management and analytical skills, and the ability to use data to support decision‑making and process accuracy.BREAKDOWN OF RESPONSIBILITIESWorkflow Coordination & Team SupportJUNO Week TicketingCustomer Service, Administration & Data ReportingRESPONSIBILITIESWorkflow Coordination & Team SupportCoordinate day‑to‑day workflow across the Academy Operations team, ensuring tasks are prioritized effectivelySupport the distribution of work across coordinators, particularly during peak periodsMonitor timelines and deadlines across all awards processesIdentify risks, bottlenecks, or gaps in workflow and elevate as neededAct as a first point of contact for coordinators for questions and issue resolutionSupport onboarding and training of new team membersWork closely with internal and external stakeholders to review JUNO Award categories and genres annuallyExecute and oversee JUNO Submissions verification to ensure eligibility criteria are metCoordinate and support the Music Advisory Committee and voting processesAssist in preparing for the opening of voting, including system testing, data validation,



and ensuring accuracy across all submission and voting dataSupport the production of assets and reports for the JUNO Nominee AnnouncementProvide administrative support for the Academy Delegate programSupport delegate communications and engagement initiativesMaintain accurate records and track participationAssist with planning and execution of industry events and initiativesJUNO Week TicketingSupport and oversee ticketing administration for JUNO Week industry and public eventsAssist with coordinating industry ticket requests and nominee ticket fulfillmentCollaborate with nominees, labels, and management teams on ticketing needsSupport seating arrangements across JUNO Week eventsCustomer Service, Administration & Data ReportingProvide direct customer service and support stakeholder inquiriesMaintain accurate records and documentationMaintain and analyze data across submissions and voting processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of informationSupport reporting, data tracking, and basic analysis to identify discrepancies, monitor trends, and inform operational decision‑makingAssist with cross‑departmental initiatives as neededREQUIREMENTSBilingual (English/French) is considered a robust asset.3–5 years of experience in a coordination or operations roleExperience in a high‑volume, deadline‑driven environmentKnowledge of and experience within the Canadian music industry is a strong assetStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing demandsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to problem‑solve within structured processesProfessionalism, discretion, and sound judgment#J-18808-Ljbffr
