They receive and process shipments, organize product within the store (retail floor and back of house) and complete other inventory‑related tasks to maximize profitable sell‑through. They support guests on the retail floor by providing service or connecting the guest to another team member.Core ResponsibilitiesOrganize and clean the inventory workspace to maximize efficiency and maintain a safe store environment.Execute the inventory processing plan established by the Product Operations Lead, including accurate RFID inventory counts.Receive and process product deliveries per company standards (folding, sorting, hanging).Reconcile, prepare, package, and ship product to appropriate locations (e.G., damages, consolidations).Execute product display adjustments, daily restocking and destocking, or product moves on the floor to maintain organization and presentation.Execute market‑relevant omnichannel programs (e.G.,
buy online/pickup in store and ship from store).Interact with guests or facilitate connection with another team member to provide service on the retail floor.Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment.Use in‑store technology to support operations and provide positive guest experiences.Job RequirementsMust be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.Must have reliable transportation to the assigned store.Must be 18 years of age or older.Schedule/Availability: Work schedule varies; shifts may include evenings, overnights, mornings, afternoons, weekends and holidays.
