ResponsibilitiesAssess and evaluate risk for Small Group business on behalf of the CompanyReview, analyze, and approve new group policies and amendments to existing policiesEvaluate and determine appropriate renewal rates for Small Case ASO, Health, and LTD Financial Management casesIdentify and assess complex situations, negotiate mutually acceptable solutions, and act as a technical resource to Sales (Field offices) and Head Office partnersSupport cross‑functional collaboration by providing underwriting expertise to internal stakeholdersPrepare reports and analysis for Management using Excel and AccessQualificationsPrevious underwriting experience is considered an assetStrong ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, team members, and internal partnersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesDemonstrated analytical thinking and negotiation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and AccessCustomer‑focused mindsetStrong mathematical aptitudeSound problem‑solving and decision‑making abilitiesPrior experience in Group Perks, including knowledge of products and the Group Mainframe (PAS) system,
