In this vital role, you will provide direct support to Early Childhood Educators and Developmental Workers. You will focus on delivering a high-quality early learning program in line with Hope's Home Vision and Values. Collaborate closely with staff, parents, and caregivers to foster a nurturing culture and ensure all children receive engaging, age-appropriate experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement Hope's Home early learning program
• Support ECEs and DWs in program delivery
• Monitor adult-to-child ratios on the floor
• Uphold inclusive practices in education
• Engage families in child assessments

Requirements:
• Early Childhood Education Diploma (Level III)
• Two years of integrated daycare experience
• First Aid/CPR Certification
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Valid driver's license
