Cando is seeking skilled Equipment Operators for outdoor rail and construction tasks. This full-time position prioritizes safety and efficiency while working with heavy machinery.

As an Equipment Operator with Cando, you will be responsible for loading and unloading products, as well as performing vital rail maintenance tasks. You will ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, including CROR and COR, while participating in daily briefings. Your mechanical skills will enable you to troubleshoot and maintain various equipment effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate rail and construction machinery
• Perform equipment maintenance and keep logs updated
• Load and secure equipment for transport




• Complete required daily documentation accurately
• Build skilled relationships with customers

Requirements:
• Valid driver's license and mine site safety certification
• Experience with heavy machinery, especially rail equipment
• Physically fit, capable of lifting 50 pounds
• Clear drug and alcohol testing certification
• First Aid/CPR certification required
