LOFT Community Services seeks a Registered Practical Nurse for their East Toronto location. This onsite role focuses on nursing care, medication management, and supporting older adults' diverse needs.

As an RPN with LOFT Community Services, you'll join an interdisciplinary team dedicated to enhancing the dignity of residents facing complex challenges. Utilize your nursing skills, conduct assessments, and coordinate care while adhering to the policies set by the College of Nurses of Ontario. Your contributions will directly impact the health and recovery of individuals within the supportive housing program.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications and manage nursing documentation
• Monitor clients’ mental and physical health regularly




• Facilitate client care planning and goal-setting
• Address crises and behavioral challenges effectively
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards

Requirements:
• RPN program completion with medication training
• Current registration with CNO in positive standing
• Experience with older adults' mental health challenges
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
