Boiler Sales Representative
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Boiler Sales Representative to drive commercial, municipal, and industrial boiler sales across Alberta and Saskatchewan. The ideal candidate has a strong background in boiler sales, excellent technical knowledge, and established relationships with end-users, mechanical contractors, and engineering firms.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the growth of new boiler equipment sales throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan.

Develop and maintain robust relationships with commercial end-users, mechanical contractors, and engineering firms.

Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.

Conduct customer site visits to assess needs and recommend appropriate boiler solutions.

Provide technical presentations, product demonstrations, and lunch & learns.

Participate in industry associations, trade shows, and events such as ASHRAE, MCA, and other relevant organizations.

Apply working knowledge of hydronic and steam boiler systems to support customer solutions.





Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and successful project execution.

Represent the company professionally and build long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

3–5 years of previous boiler sales experience is required.

Experience selling commercial, municipal, and/or industrial boiler systems.

Strong knowledge of hydronic and steam boiler systems.

Proven B2B sales experience.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Strong business development and customer service abilities.

Valid driver's license, own vehicle, and a clean driver's abstract.

Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan.

Ability to travel occasionally to the U.S. for training.

Based in Edmonton, Alberta.
