Auto Wrecker Manager
KW Auto Wreckers is looking for an experienced and motivated Auto Wrecker Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our auto recycling and wrecking facility. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience in the auto wrecker/salvage industry, strong leadership skills, and proven management experience.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the auto wrecking and recycling facility

Supervise, train, and schedule staff

Oversee vehicle receiving, dismantling, parts processing, inventory, and yard organization

Ensure vehicles and parts are handled safely and efficiently

Monitor inventory and maintain accurate records

Coordinate vehicle purchasing, sales, and parts operations

Ensure compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and workplace regulations

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard and work environment

Troubleshoot operational issues and make decisions to keep the business running efficiently

Work with customers, suppliers, recyclers, and other industry partners

Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency, sales, and profitability

Enforce company policies and workplace safety procedures

Qualifications

*Previous experience working in an auto wrecker, auto salvage,



or auto recycling facility is required**

*Previous management or supervisory experience is required**

Strong knowledge of vehicles, automotive parts, and dismantling processes

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage employees and prioritize multiple tasks

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Valid driver's licence

Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Experience with inventory systems or automotive parts software is an asset
