As a key player in the Nat Clms Inv Services, you will be instrumental in project delivery, acting as a product subject matter expert in fraud strategies. Collaborating with various departments, you will facilitate meetings, identify risks, and propose innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project initiatives and engage stakeholders
• Provide expertise on fraud process and operational guidelines
• Assess risks and mitigate issues during project life cycles




• Collaborate closely with teams across business units
• Organize and manage project-related meetings

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Business or similar field
• Chartered Insurance Skilled designation preferred
• 3-5 years relevant fraud experience
• Strong process improvement and project management skills
• Knowledge in fraud detection and investigation techniques
