The Transition Nurse Program offers new Registered Nurses an chance to gain valuable experience over 12 months, starting with enriched orientation and progressing to independent practice. Your role will include providing comprehensive patient care while utilizing critical skills in problem-solving and patient advocacy. Strong communication and collaborative skills are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver quality patient-centered nursing care
• Participate in enhanced orientation with Clinical Guides




• Transition to independent practice while receiving ongoing support
• Apply critical thinking in nursing processes
• Teach and counsel patients and their families

Requirements:
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program
• Active or eligible CRNA registration
• Current BLS - Health Care Provider certification
• Graduate Nurse registration must be within 12 months
• Must be able to perform various physical demands
