The ideal candidate will have five or more years of experience with Revit and AutoCAD, focusing on institutional and municipal projects. In this role, you will design HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems while ensuring that all designs align with engineering requirements through collaboration and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and draft HVAC systems and controls with Revit
• Work with engineers on redline markups
• Ensure multidisciplinary design coordination
• Conduct calculations under guidance of Senior Engineers
• Survey existing sites and document findings

Requirements:
