Lead the Program for Active Living as a Kinesiologist Coordinator at The Village of Glendale Crossing. This full-time, on-site role focuses on innovative exercise programs and team-oriented resident care.

As the Kinesiologist Coordinator, you will design and implement engaging cognitive and physical exercise programs for our residents. Your collaboration with physiotherapists and occupational therapists will ensure care goals are met, while also supervising Co-Op placements and volunteers. We'll support your growth through ongoing training and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design innovative cognitive and physical exercise programs
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for resident outcomes
• Supervise Kinesiology Co-Op students and volunteers




• Conduct education sessions on safe lifting and active living
• Perform resident transfer assessments and lead program initiatives

Requirements:
• Degree in Kinesiology with a focus on rehabilitation
• Registration with the College of Kinesiologists is an asset
• Experience with seniors or in retirement care
• Knowledge of relevant policies and best practices
• Caring attitude toward residents and team members
