Join the Panagiotopoulos Laboratory within the Department of Paediatrics at UBC. This role requires independent work and collaboration with physicians, residents, and research staff. Key responsibilities include guiding participants through dietary intake reporting, ensuring ethical research practices, and managing data with specialized software.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect dietary intake data during clinical visits
• Instruct participants on accurate portion size reporting
• Manage study follow-up activities effectively
• Analyze nutrient intake using ASA24 and ESHA software
• Assist in drafting necessary study consent documents
Requirements:
• Experience in clinical dietary research preferred
• Solid understanding of ethical research practices
• Proficiency in ASA24 and ESHA software
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
