About the Role At TD SYNNEX, we help connect the world with technology. As a Vendor Business Manager (VBM) supporting HP Inc. (HPI) Personal Systems & Services , you will play a critical role in driving business growth, profitability, and strategic vendor partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly analytical and commercially minded qualified who enjoys combining financial management, market analysis, and relationship building to influence business outcomes.
In this role, you will own the vendor profit and loss (P&L;), lead forecasting and inventory planning initiatives, and identify opportunities to maximize revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, vendor partners, and sales stakeholders to deliver business results and create value for customers.

What You'll Do Business & Financial Management Own and manage the vendor P&L;, continuously monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to improve revenue, margin, and profitability.
Achieve or exceed monthly objectives related to revenue, gross margin percentage, gross margin dollars, and overall financial performance.
Develop strategic recommendations that support business growth and operational excellence.
Conduct financial analysis and prepare business forecasts to support informed decision-making.
Forecasting, Inventory & Operational Planning Analyze inventory levels, sales performance, market demand, and supply trends to optimize inventory investments and reduce business risk.




Partner with purchasing and buying teams to improve procurement strategies and inventory management.
Integrate sales forecasts into future purchasing plans to support business growth and customer demand.
Vendor Partnership & Program Management Build and maintain strong relationships with vendor partners, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic business partner.
Negotiate business terms, manage vendor incentive programs, rebate programs, price protection initiatives, and ensure accurate tracking and collections.
Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges while serving as an escalation point for vendor-related issues.
Deliver regular business reviews and performance updates to vendors and internal leadership teams.
Sales Enablement & Market Intelligence Provide product expertise, competitive insights, pricing guidance, and market intelligence to support sales success.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop impactful programs, campaigns, and communications that drive business growth.
Support strategic customer opportunities and respond quickly to sales and customer inquiries.
Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify new opportunities within the technology marketplace.
Create compelling reports, presentations, and business recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
Travel Participate in occasional company and vendor-sponsored meetings, events, partner visits, and industry conferences.




What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in vendor management, product management, sales operations, category management, or a related business function.
Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with forecasting, inventory planning, business analysis, and market research.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Ability to adapt quickly to new systems, processes, and business challenges.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Bilingual French language skills are considered an asset.
Experience working with vendor incentive programs, rebates, pricing strategies, or technology distribution environments.
Annual compensation offered will be based on several variables including geographic location, work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
Hiring Salary Range: $70,800 - $79,300 CAD
