As a key member of the Life Enrichment Team, you’ll implement one-to-one and group activities designed to meet the diverse needs of residents at Creek Way Village. Your role involves collaborating with caregivers and volunteers while monitoring residents' progress through comprehensive assessments. This enriching position requires creativity and a commitment to quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute therapeutic and recreational activities
• Support residents and caregivers in achieving wellness




• Complete assessments to tailor individual programs
• Coordinate volunteer efforts for enhanced programming
• Maintain residents' safety and confidentiality

Requirements:
• Degree in Recreation and/or Gerontology
• Two years’ experience with senior recreation programs
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• CPR certification preferred
