Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct initial intake assessments for children referred to the program
• Facilitate family meetings and support goal setting




• Coordinate with caregivers on educational plans
• Supervise program support staff and facilitate training
• Monitor documentation and maintain relationships with community resources

Requirements:
• ECE Certification or equivalent degree
• Minimum four years experience with children needing extra support
• Two years of supervisory experience
• Valid driver’s license and First Aid certification
• Strong communication and organizational skills
