You as a Project Manager will: Provide technical engineering guidance to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and design requirements
Interpret drawings and specifications to support coordinated construction execution
Support field issue resolution and collaborate with the Project Superintendent on planning, scheduling, and project delivery
Manage document control (RFIs, submittals, change orders, agreements) and ensure alignment with contract and estimate documents




Coordinate subcontractors and stakeholders to maintain schedule, resolve issues, and ensure quality execution
Build and maintain strong relationships with Owners and Architects to support project success and repeat business
Monitor costs, production, and KPIs to ensure accurate reporting, budget adherence, and positive cash flow
Lead meetings, contribute to business development opportunities, and provide timely reporting to leadership
Support team development through coaching, performance oversight, and succession planning
You have a construction related degree/diploma, and 10+ years of construction experience Working knowledge of scheduling, project management, and contract software
Have experience working on complex construction ICI projects
Ability to support the project team and helping to solve construction issues in a time sensitive situations
Ability to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance
Have thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards etc. and their impact on project activities vital.
Have strong communication and interpersonal (tact, diplomacy, influence etc.) skills.
Have the ability to read, interpret, analyze and forecast a project’s cost reports and determine the status of the job in terms of schedule and costing.
The salary range for this position is between $80,000 - $130,000 CAD.
