As part of the Marine Services team at RCYC, you’ll help maintain the high standards of our Member experiences. This role requires a hands-on approach and promotes learning in rigging, vessel relocation, and marine safety. Candidates will engage in physical tasks while collaborating with an experienced team and ensuring all safety protocols are followed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with mast operations under supervision
• Maintain and repair rigging systems
• Relocate Member vessels efficiently
• Set up dock systems and installations
• Keep the rigging shed organized and safe

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years relevant marine experience OR robust mechanical aptitude
• Proficiency in knot tying and rope handling
• Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge
• Must be able to swim and lift 50+ lbs
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
