This role will report directly to the Talent Chief of Staff and involves assessing and enhancing workflows across Talent functions like acquisition and development. By analyzing current processes and implementing best practices, you’ll help improve overall efficiency and employee experience. Collaborate with diverse teams to drive responsible AI adoption within Talent workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead initiatives for Talent-wide process standardization
• Assess and redesign current workflows for improvements
• Define and document process requirements and measures




• Encourage tool engagement by establishing usage expectations
• Track adoption and efficiency metrics for process impact

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years in HR operations or business optimization
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives
• Robust problem-solving skills using data analysis
• Excellent communication and influence skills across teams
