Key Responsibilities

Managing and developing a team of staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences

Implementing sales and marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers

Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and operational standards

Fostering a positive work culture and providing coaching and mentorship to your team

Requirements





3-5 years of management experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant or resort setting

Robust financial acumen and the ability to analyze data to drive business decisions

Excellent customer service skills and a proven track record of building customer loyalty

Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities

Flexible schedule, as this role will require working evenings, weekends, and holidays
