Technology Operations Specialist

We are hiring a Technology Operations Specialist to maintain 24/7/365 availability, monitoring, and restoration for mission-critical infrastructure and applications. You will drive incident recovery, perform root-cause analysis, and deploy code directly to production environments while adhering to service level agreements. Additionally, you will partner with development teams to implement automated enterprise logging, self-healing monitoring systems, and operational workflow improvements.

Lending industry experience must have!!

- Required Skills: 6-10 years of IT/systems operations experience, degree in CS/Engineering/IS or equivalent, incident/problem management, production code deployment, and analytical troubleshooting.
- Valuable-to-Have Skills: Enterprise monitoring and logging tools, network/storage infrastructure support, and experience building self-healing IT solutions.

Technical Stack:

- Required: Mainframe/Host environments, Jira, Confluence.
- Preferred/Bonus: CRIF, XAM, ALS core banking/lending platforms.
