Key Responsibilities:
• Provide visionary leadership to the Alumni Team
• Develop relationships with alumni and community stakeholders
• Inspire engagement and operational excellence among staff




• Cultivate prospects for fundraising and volunteer efforts
• Oversee alumni engagement events both online and in-person

Requirements:
• Master's degree preferred in business or leadership
• 7+ years in management within complex organizations
• Proven experience in program development and implementation
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Capacity to travel for events and initiatives
