CIMA+ is seeking a Strategic Lead for Indigenous Relations & Defence. This full-time position focuses on building partnerships and developing engagement strategies in Ontario and beyond.

This intermediate to senior role requires an experienced skilled who excels at relationship-building and strategic thinking. You will advise on Indigenous engagement, support Defence initiatives, and participate in multidisciplinary project delivery. Your expertise in Indigenous Relations and complex project environments will be key to strengthening CIMA+’s capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with Indigenous Nations and organizations
• Advise teams on community engagement strategies
• Support Indigenous Benefits Plans and project consulting




• Identify opportunities aligned with CIMA+'s services
• Collaborate across disciplines to enhance project delivery

Requirements:
• Significant experience in Indigenous Relations or consulting
• Proven relationship-building with Indigenous stakeholders
• Knowledge of Indigenous consultation and partnerships
• Strong business development skills
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities
