Lead the maintenance operations at Ted Kuhn Towers with Options Community Services as an experienced Maintenance Manager. Ensure safety and functionality across housing sites through proactive leadership and maintenance expertise.

In this crucial role, you will oversee the upkeep of Ted Kuhn Towers and other supported housing facilities within the Southern Fraser region. Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, you will manage preventative and emergency maintenance activities, lead the Mobile Maintenance Team, and coordinate vendor contracts. Your management skills will ensure regulatory compliance and effective collaboration with property and program managers to maintain building systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee preventative, scheduled, and emergency maintenance activities
• Lead the Mobile Maintenance Team to address urgent issues




• Manage work orders and coordinate inspections for housing sites
• Supervise maintenance staff and support their development
• Collaborate on budget planning and inventory control

Requirements:
• Minimum three years in maintenance or facilities management
• Two years of experience supervising staff or contractors
• Valid BC driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Current First Aid and WHMIS certifications
• Solid knowledge of building systems and maintenance skills
