Responsibilities

Estimate costs, plan, implement, and successfully complete the campaign within the agreed budget and timeframe when a new campaign is proposed.

Identify potential risks and mitigation options, and properly inform program managers.

Manage upgrade campaigns in accordance with company objectives and ensure that any safety-related upgrade complies with regulatory requirements.

Define and negotiate priorities.





Launch crisis management measures on demand if necessary.

Ensure the contractual framework for upgrades.
