Aviva is seeking a Vendor Relationship Manager to be the primary contact for vendor inquiries and performance analysis. You will leverage your expertise in relationship management to track vendor metrics, resolve complaints, and negotiate agreements. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure effective vendor governance and meet strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the point of contact for vendor communications
• Track and analyze vendor performance data to identify trends
• Resolve vendor coverage issues and complaints
• Oversee negotiations for vendor agreements and SLAs
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and share findings
Requirements:
• 3+ years in Relationship or Vendor Management
• Knowledge of French and English is an asset
• Previous experience in property restoration preferred
• University degree in business or finance preferred
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
