In this temporary Paralegal role, you will support the Risk Management Services team at Intact Public Entities. Your responsibilities include reviewing diverse contracts and agreements, conducting legal research, and providing practical recommendations regarding risk transfer. You will collaborate closely with Risk Management Consultants to ensure contracts provide adequate protection for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review contracts for risk management and insurance requirements
• Assess various agreements including construction and service contracts




• Monitor legislative changes affecting clients’ interests
• Research and compose articles on legal decisions
• Develop educational resources and contract templates

Requirements:
• Licensed Paralegal with 8+ years of contract review experience
• Background in insurance or public sector preferred
• Robust understanding of insurance principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with sound judgment for risk assessment
