As the primary interface for client NetOps, you will take charge of IOS/IOS-XE/NX-OS patching across Cisco and Juniper devices. Your role requires expert Cisco skills and a deep understanding of network redundancy to eliminate unplanned outages during change windows.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute firmware upgrades for multiple device types
• Design redundancy-aware patching sequences for stability
• Manage configuration backups and validate changes post-upgrade
• Coordinate maintenance windows with NOC and NetOps
• Maintain compliance posture and CMDB updates

Requirements:
• CCNP Enterprise or CCNP Data Centre certification
• Solid experience with Cisco, Juniper, and F5 platforms
• Knowledge of BGP, OSPF, and other networking protocols
• Proven history of patch management in large estates
• English fluency for client interactions
